*Remember to follow the cleaning order. Day 2 they are working side by side with you, if they do not pick up things at House 1 on Day 2, have them follow you at House 2.

11. Was the trainee in Uniform? (Black Shirt, Black Pants, & Tennis Shoes?)(Required)
12. Was the trainee on their phone or smartwatch at all during the day and did you address it with them when you noticed it? (Phone policy: No non emergency cell phone use during work, and they are never to use a clients phone unless it is an emergency)(Required)
